Senior year, I pursued every leadership opportunity, aiming for Valedictorian. I didn’t get the title, but in nine months, I climbed from 13th to 2nd place and delivered our commencement speech—igniting a fire that has fueled my leadership for over two decades.

From ER Nurse to Executive Consultant: A Leadership Journey

I took a leap from nursing in Alabama to be a national travel nurse, learning that real growth happens outside your comfort zone. At 23, I built a thriving travel nurse company—proving that opportunity isn’t given, it’s created.

Breaking into pharmaceutical sales at Lilly, I mastered influence and personal branding, then strategically advanced into leadership through global strategy and high-stakes decision-making at AstraZeneca and most recently, Sanofi.

My most transformational role? Senior National Field Medical Director at Sanofi—a true baptism by fire where I built a team of one to a thriving, inclusive group of 113. I currently lead Medical Innovation and Transformation, revolutionizing how Medical and Development partner to accelerate clinical trials to launch new medicines faster—all to help improve the lives of patients.

Outside of Sanofi, I help high-achieving leaders unlock their potential by leading the AIMS™ way to create lasting impact for their themselves, their teams, and their organizations.
